Welcome to IM Drafting & Design!

IM Drafting & Design, LLC provides full preconstruction services ranging from conceptual design to project construction estimates and proposals to owners, builders, and developers in southern New Hampshire and the seacoast area. I specialize in producing quality, comprehensive plans for new custom home construction, remodels, additions, garages, and interior/exterior alterations.

My mission is to work with the client to ensure the design encompasses all needs and desires in a way that is both functional and eye catching. From there, I am not only able to create construction documents, but I also have the ability to create a conceptual budget and project proposal to help bring the project to life!

    Collaboration is key! Working with the owner to ensure their thoughts and needs are incorporated early into the design is the most important part of design.

    I’ll take the design from napkin sketch to reality by creating all construction documents needed to bring the project to life!

  • Preconstruction Services

    I’m able to develop conceptual budgets and provide construction estimating, accurate take-offs and calculations based off construction documents.
