This 4,300 SF, 4-bedroom / 4-bath single family residence located in Nottingham, NH was situated on a sloping site allowing for a finished lower level that walks out to a spacious back yard. The design included a combination of conventional roof framing and overframes, conventional trussed roof system, and scissor truss system to create unique spaces within the common areas and master suite. The owner wanted a partially open concept for the common areas with a tucked away master suite which took advantage of a spectacular view.
